One adult male, three adult females, and four children were killed instantly, and six others were injured to varying degrees, according to the PRO.

According to him, the bodies were taken to a mortuary in Omu Aran.

The investigation, he said, had determined that excessive speed, improper overtaking, and inadequate visibility were to blame for the collision.
